This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/sole accused in Crime No.589 of 2009 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, further proceedings against the petitioner are dropped. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
