This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not registering a case against Ramesh Sharma and others on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the writ instructions, submits that a case is registered against Rakesh Sharma and others being crime No.52 of 2017 and the matter is under investigation. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. It is needless to observe that the third respondent shall investigate the matter in accordance with law.
