This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in registering FIR No.50 of 2017, dated 20.03.2017.

Since the complaint is already registered and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
