This criminal petition is filed by accused No.1, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.18 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Srirampur, Mancherial.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
