I Today, when the matter has been taken up, Sri E.Ganesh, learned Assistant public prosecutor for respondent No. 1 - State wh,e furnishing a copy of online case status report, submitted that this matter has become infructuous and that the cause in this matter does not survive as the matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat and the trial Court has disposed of the case on O9.O9.2O23 and prayed to dismiss this Criminal Petition.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The copy of online case status report submitted by the learned Assistant Public prosecutor for respondent No. l_State is taken on record.
