HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.451 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2) Impugning the default dismissal for non-compliance of the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Crl.A M.P (SR) No.110 of 2015 in Crl.A. (SR) No.1385 of 2015 to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the appeal was allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.300/ - for not paying the costs in time, which resulted dismissal, the present revision is filed. 3) The delay of 383 days in filing the revision is already allowed by another bench of this Court.

4) It is in addition to costs of Rs.300/ - already imposed by the appellate Court, further costs of Rs.1,000/ - (Rupees one thousand only) payable to the complainant/ respondent or advocate to the unnumbered Criminal Appeal else to remit to the Legal Services Authority concerned, failing which the unnumbered Criminal appeal be rejected. 5) Accordingly, the Criminal revision is ordered granting one week time in Crl.M.P. No.110 of 2015 for compliance from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
