ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by non-bailable warrants issued by the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hyderabad (for short 'the State Commission') on the ground of non-implementation of order, dated 25.01.2017, in C.C.No.136 of 2014.
2.
At the hearing, it is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that his clients could not comply with the aforementioned order in C.C.No.136 of 2014. He has, however, submitted that his clients are now prepared to comply with the said order in full. 3.
A perusal of the order of the State Commission shows that the petitioners have expressed their readiness and willingness to register the apartment every time without complying with the aforementioned order.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any reason to interfere with the aforementioned order of the State Commission. However,
to test the bona fides of the petitioners, they are permitted to file a petition before the State Commission, within one week from today, undertaking to comply with the said order in C.C.No.136 of 2014 in full in a time bound manner. If such a petition is filed, the State Commission will consider the same by using its discretion in a fair and reasonable manner and pass appropriate orders. 5.
Subject to the permission given to the petitioners and the observations made above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
6.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioners for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
