THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.14880 of 2014 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioners was as to the alleged inaction of respondent Nos. 1 to 7 in considering their representation dated 26.12.2013.

The Tahsildar, Palakol Mandal, West Godavari District, the 5th respondent herein, filed a counter stating that the petitioners' representation dated 26.12.2013 was considered and rejected under proceedings bearing ROC No.760/2013/B dated 8.7.2014 and that the same was communicated to the petitioners under Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due.

As the prayer of the petitioners was as to the inaction in considering their representation and the said issue stands redressed going by the counter filed by the Tahsildar, Palakol Mandal, West Godavari District, the writ petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly dismissed.

It shall be open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved by the rejection of the representation.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
