HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11859 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in registering the Crime No.69 of 2017 on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent.

2. This court carefully perused the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent and is of the opinion that it discloses prima-facie case for registration of the crime.

3. In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to quash the crime already registered. Liberty is given to the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct the investigation by duly following the procedure, including the procedure laid down under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., if the petitioners are not already arrested.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
