HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36655 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard Sri A.S.Vasudevan for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleaders for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The petitioners pray for the following relief :- "....

to issue writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in summoning the petitioners to the CID office even though the cases were transferred to Special Investigating Team (SIT) and threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases without there being any sort of complaint or case registered against them, and there by causing interference with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners, as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India ....."

The Assistant Government Pleaders representing respondents, on instructions, submit that a few complaints are received against HIM Trust, these registered complaints are transferred to special investigation team and in that connection, in one of the cases, the petitioners were arrested and enlarged on bail. The petitioners are accused in one of the crimes registered against Money Circulation Racket. Therefore, it is stated that for this cause and in accordance with law, the petitioners are summoned to police station. Learned counsel for petitioners does not have latest instructions. Having regard to the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleaders, I am satisfied that no ground is made out for

exercising the discretion of this Court or grant general prayer to petitioners.
