The learned Counsel for the appellants filed a letter dated 24.11.2016 addressed to G.J. Ebenezer. In the said letter, it is stated that "account closure under One Time Settlement of Mr. G.J. Ebenezer, account No.407609521000015 outstanding balance Rs.1,42,903.90 ps." Further, it is stated that Mr. G.J. Ebenezer has paid Rs.1,00,000/- towards full and final settlement and therefore, there is no further liability. 2.
