THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.16034 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners complain in action in registering and investigating complaint dt. 28.04.2013 as illegal. The learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on instructions submits that respondent No.3 has not acknowledged the complaint and consequently, the non-registration or investigation does not arise.

I have perused the annexures relied on by the petitioners in the light of objection raised by respondent No.3 and I am satisfied that the petitioners have failed to discharge initial burden of showing that the complaint was in fact made and acknowledged by the respondents.

For the above reasons, this Writ Petition fails and accordingly, dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
