This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 407 Cr.P.C. to transfer C.C.No.240 of 2011 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Nalgonda to the Court of Judl. Magistrate of I class, Amalapuram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
