Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned Senior Counsel referring to the survey report, dated 26.09.2024 of the Inspector of Survey and Land Records, Peddapalli District would contend that surveyor has recorded the registered sale deed bearing document No.4639 of 1982 dated 22.12.1982 submitted by one Sri Chinthala Rajam S/o.Bondhaiah in respect of Ac.00-09 gts., in Sy.No.286 situated at Medipally Village of Ramagundam

W.P.No.17462 of 2024 Mandal.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the said survey report, dated 26.09.2024 and therefore he is intending to prefer an appeal. This Court in the order, dated 14.10.2024 in W.P.

No.17462 of 2024 directed respondent No.2 to consider the survey report, dated 26.09.2024. In the light of the same, this application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal challenging survey report, dated 26.09.2024, if so advised.

Respondent No.2 shall also consider the said fact instead of considering the survey report alone. Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to file the stay application to grant stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the survey report, dated 26.09.2024 and after getting order, he shall submit a copy of the same to respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 shall consider the same.
