HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No:438 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order, dated 20.01.2015 passed in Crl.R.P.No.71 of 2014 by the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda, wherein and whereby the learned Sessions Judge set aside the order passed by the trial court and permitted the Respondent No.1 herein to send the documents Ex.P1 and Exs.D1 to D17 to a writing expert, Ashok Kashyap, New Delhi.

When the matter is posted, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that report was already received by the trial Court and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and it has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
