HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.38687 of 2016 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging an auction notice issued by the respondent-Bank.

2. The auction was fixed on 08-11-2016. It is reported by Sri R.Shravan Kumar, learned counsel for the Bank, that there were no takers in the auction and the auction got cancelled. Therefore, the cause of action for the writ petition does not survive hence it is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their remedies in the appeal before the Tribunal. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
