ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that application filed by petitioner on 3.8.2019 for grant of licence under TFT scheme for sale of toddy in Gadwal village was not considered.

Learned counsel for petitioner informs the Court that after filing of writ petition, orders are passed rejecting the claim and submits that cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy available in law against the orders rejecting his request for grant of license under TFT scheme, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
