OFFICE NOTE 29.07.2022 KS, J I.A.No.04 of 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking permission to go to Bahrain.

Earlier this Court by order dated 04.10.2021 vide I.A.No.01 of 2021 in Crl.Petition No.6871 of 2021 permitted the petitioner to go to Bahrain for a period of three months.

On specific queries the petitioner produced the details of his employment in Bahrain.

The petitioner further undertakes to appear as and when the case is posted before the Sessions Court as the committal proceedings are complete but the summons are not yet received from the Sessions Court.

In view of the said undertaking given by the petitioner that he would appear as and when the case is posted before the Sessions Court, without insisting on the summons to be served in Bahrain,

the petitioner is permitted to travel till the next date of hearing before the Sessions Court on condition of the petitioner executing FD for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of the Sessions Court. The earlier deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be returned to the petitioner. However, in the event of the petitioner giving FD of Rs.3,00,000/- both the FDs shall be kept towards security.

Needless to say in view of the permission granted to the petitioner to travel, the passport bearing No.T 4985097 shall be returned to the petitioner on his furnishing the aforesaid security.

Upon returning, the petitioner shall again seek permission of the Sessions Court to travel.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
