THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18100 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for the following relief; " .....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving Security Deposit amount of Rs.

20,000/- and issuing LOI in favour of the petitioner for award of RO dealership in Bhairapur Village limits on Alampur Road, Alampur Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, Telangana State even though petitioner could not receive the intimation for payment of the said deposit through Email, due to poor internet facilities in the aforesaid village and that apart petitioner approached on next working day which falls within ten days fixed by the respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to accept the aforesaid Security deposit amount by issuing LOI for the aforesaid dealership in favour of the petitioner and pass such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that time for depositing the Security Deposit has been extended; that the petitioner's grievance is redressed; and that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
