Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.35855 of 2007 on 20.12.2007, the respondents promoted the petitioner to the post of Executive Officer Grade II, as per the provisions of Article 16 (4A) of the Constitution of India and Rule 22 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
