HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3272 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order, dated 08.08.2012, passed in I.A.No.139 of 2012 in O.S.No.477 of 2008 by the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Of course, he requests a date to ascertain the status of the suit in O.S.No.477 of 2008 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor. But, the case status report placed by the Registry would clearly show that the said suit in O.S.No.477 of 2008 was decreed with costs on 25.10.2017. In such an event, the present revision petition filed in the year 2015 becomes infructuous.

3. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
