HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS SECOND APPEAL No. 877 OF 2011 JUDGMENT :

It is represented by learned counsel appearing for both sides that this Second Appeal was referred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said award.

In view of the above submission, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the award dt. 31.10.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad . No costs.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
