The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of Crime No.34 of on the file of P.S.Jawaharnagar, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 493 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. Learned public prosecutor submits that from the investigation as per the FIR, offence under section 376 IPC also makes out and it is also mentioned by police during investigation. However, the fact remains that through elderly settlement, the couple married including to take care of their child and marriage certificate dated 22.01.2017 filed and both stated including the elders that they are living happily.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8388 and 8389 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
