THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25846 of 2006 When the matter was called on 12.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed today i.e. 13.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein. It indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
