On 26.07.2013, the following interim direction was issued. "The Superintendent of Police, Anantapur, the 4th respondent herein shall file a factual report by 02.08.2013 and he shall also interact with the petitioner even if he is still admitted in a hospital and find out as to whether the allegations made by him in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition are true. Post on 02.08.2013 in motion list.
A copy of this docket order be made available to the learned GP for Home today."

The Superintendent of Police, Anantapur places on record report dated 11.08.2013. I have perused the report. Having regard to the contents in the report, this Court is of the view that the petitioner with the passage of time is not interested in working out the writ prayer. 4.
The Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
