The C.M.A.No.1479 of 2O1l is directed against the Order dated 13.07.2OO7 in W.C.No.ll2 of 2005 on the file of learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation altd Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, R.T.C. Cross roads, at Hyderabad. The present Appeal is directed against the same Award at the instance of the applicant/claimant.

The Order dated 17.02.2027 in C.M.A.lt{o 1419 of 2Oll reflects that, rhe dispute between the parties is settled before the Lok Ada,lat and the Appeal is closed. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal also requires to the closed in the light of the said Order.
