[ Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait ] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant/petitioner under section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the docket order and decree dated 31/3/2016 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Sircilla, Karimnagar district, in OP.No. 01 of 2016.
2. Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the appellant filed a letter before the Registry of this Court requesting to post the above appeal today under the caption for 'withdrawal. When the matter is listed today under the caption for 'withdrawal', learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant does not want to prosecute the above appeal, on the ground that the above appeal is settled outside the court and he wants to withdraw the appeal.

Recording the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
