THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41880 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not acting upon the request of the petitioner for providing 3+3 security officers to the petitioner as arbitrary and illegal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 01.11.2016 for enhancing the security officers from 1+1 to 3+3 security.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
