HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17983 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the 6th respondent in not registering the crime against the respondents 7 to 9 basing on the report of the petitioner dated 10.07.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6 produced written instructions dated 23.08.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of one Kandula Achi Reddy, who is the father of the petitioner Ragi Reddy Madhavi, a case in Crime No.106/2019, under Sections 324, 504, 447, 427 r/w 34 IPC was registered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case is registered, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
