HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4421 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.112 of 2014 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating authority referred the matter as the same is civil in nature and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.
