Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her representation submitted before the respondent-authorities.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her representation submitted before the respondent-authorities. It is needless to state that the respondent-authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as soon as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
