THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.243 of 2015 O R D E R :

Petitioner seeks initiation of proceedings for contempt against respondents for not paying rents to him as directed in the order dt.14.08.2014 in CRP.No.4100 of 2013 and batch.

2. Admittedly, the direction contained in the said order to the respondent to pay rents is an executable order.

3. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to execute the same in accordance with law, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
