ORDER:

It is represented by the learned standing counsel for respondent No.4 that A.P.Pollution Control Board, Zonal Office, Vijayawada, has granted consent and authorization in favour of the petitioner under a consent order, dated 18.03.2015. Copy of the order is also produced.

In view of that, the Director of Mines and Geology shall issue appropriate directions to the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology in superstition of its earlier orders impugned in this writ petition, dated 21.02.2015.
