HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17989 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 4 and 5 in calling the petitioner to the police station and insisting him to settle the matrimonial dispute without due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions and relevant paras of the same reads as under: " It is submitted that Ashini Shetty, who is respondent No.6 in the present writ petition gave a complaint to the Station House Officer, Bhongir, Yadadri Bhongir District on 3.8.2019 stating that her husband Vishal Kumar Methri has borrowed money from her friends, colleagues and not repaying the same, further he gave a false complaint to the police on 2.8.2019 stating that her parents kidnapped and trying to abort his baby, he has forcefully taken her phone and used it for personal use, further he is threatening her and her family members.
It is submitted that on above complaint, GD entry was made on 3.9.2019 and as it is a family issue called the husband of the petitioner to come to police station and gave counselling to both the parties on 3.9.2019 and during counselling the said Visahal Kumar Methri gave a letter in writing stating that he would attend for counselling on 24.8.2019."
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
