This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of respondent No.2 herein in not passing orders in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 15.10.2018 for non-compliance of the orders passed by respondent No.3 dated 22.04.2014 bearing No.ST/19(14)/14-DyCTM/RR in spite of his personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust..."
When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 29.03.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7358 of 2012.
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.7358 of 2012 to this order.
