THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15860 OF 2017 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.04.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.14503 of 2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application before the Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.300, dated 05.07.2016. As and when such an application is made, the said Committee shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after issuing notice and affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in terms of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopalachary v. State of A.P.1, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such an application. No order as to costs.
