This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus to declare the action of the Commissioner of Land Revenue, Hyderabad-1st respondent in not passing any orders on the stay petition filed along with the appeal seeking to grant stay of the orders passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Chilkur Mandal, Nalgonda District-4th respondent dated 27.07.2005 vide Proceedings No.B/ 4639/ 2004, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter came up for hearing, Sri Palle Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and also the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submit that the Commissioner of Land Revenue, Hyderabad has passed the orders on the stay petition filed by the petitioner on 22.05.2007 and hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
