THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37361 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is projecting two grievances, the first relates to termination of his services from the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) in the form of resignation, whereas his claim is that he wanted to take premature retirement voluntarily and instead of granting him voluntary retirement, as requested, it was converted into that of a resignation affecting his benefits. The second relates to registration of a crime by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on 04.09.2010 and in not taking further course of action and thereby humiliating and harassing him without conducting enquiry and concluding the investigation on the allegations levelled against him.

Incidentally, the petitioner has also a serious grievance against the previous employer with reference to registration of crime as the TTD did not furnish the true facts, which resulted in unnecessary harassment. These two grievances are independent in nature, one relates to service grievance and another relates to prosecution of crime alleged to have been initiated against the petitioner by the ACB. There is no inter-relation between these two grievances. Though, incidentally, the petitioner may have a grievance against the TTD in not approaching the ACB with true facts, the Writ Petition in the present form is not maintainable. Based on the averments made in the Writ Petition, it also cannot be confined to one prayer.

However, since the petitioner intends to prosecute both causes, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file independent Writ Petitions, if so advised seeking redress of his grievances.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file separate Writ Petitions. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J 25.11.2015 Note:- Furnish C.C. tomorrow.
