HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.33466 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner on 28.09.2017, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) would submit that as the petitioner had failed to appear before the Station House Officer, Guntur (respondent No.5) and, even, he had failed to furnish contact number and proper address, respondent No.5 is unable to take action. She submits that, however, respondent No.5 is ready to take action on the complaint of the petitioner by registering First Information Report.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to be present before respondent No.5 on 20.10.2017 at 10.30 A.M, as agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and respondent No.5 shall take necessary steps on the complaint of the petitioner.
