CVNR,J & GSP,J W.A.No.1006 of 2016 21.09.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the common order, dated 19.11.2015, in respect of W.P.No.18656 of 2010. 2.

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned counsel for both the parties that the subject matter of this writ appeal is identical to that in W.A.No.865 of 2016 and batch, which was disposed of by this Court, vide common judgment, dated 17.09.2016.

In view of the above fact, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of, in terms of the said common judgment, dated 17.09.2016, in W.A.No.865 of 2016 and batch, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ appeal, W.A.M.P.(SR)No.160473 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
