This writ petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating to orders dated 02.09.2004 in I.A.No.53 of 2004 in W.C.No.39 of 2003 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Nizamabad and quash or set aside the same and consequently direct the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Nizamabad to refer the claimant in W.C.No.39 of 2003 and to obtain the disability certificate from the Medical Board, Government General Hospital, Nizamabad and decide W.C.No.39 of 2003 on the basis of the same and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.06.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed.
