Heard Sri Katta Laxmi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant-M/ s.Future General India Insurance Company Limited and Sri C.Mohan Prakash, learned counsel for the claimants/ respondents 1 to 3.

Both the learned counsel request to allow the application in MACMA MP No.1522 of 2013 condoning the delay and to record the understanding arrived by them outside the Court in disposal of the un-numbered appeal for upholding the award of the tribunal dated 31.07.2012 in M.V.O.P.No.1827 of 2010 of Rs.3,19,000/ -, however, what the amount already deposited of Rs.2,19,000/ - to be permitted to withdraw and rest of Rs.1,00,000/ - without interest liability to deposit within six weeks, from today, failing which the claimants are entitled to recover the entire amount from the award of the tribunal with interest.

Recording the said submissions, MACMA MP No.1522 of 2013 is allowed and the appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
