Dr. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, from her client who is present in the Court prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings seeking custody of the children or for any other relief that he so desires. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The passports deposited by the petitioner - husband by virtue of the order dated 14-10-2015 are directed to be returned to him.
