Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that as per the direction given by this Court on 5.9.2014, the application of the petitioner was considered and electrical service connection was given to the bore well of the petitioner and hence, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
