HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26506 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare action of 1st respondent in issuing proceedings No.Rc.No.A1/4972/2001 dated 30.11.2003 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently set aside the same and direct respondents to reinstate petitioner into service with all consequential benefits.

2. Advocate for petitioner represented that in pursuance of the interim direction dated 23.12.2003, petitioner's case was considered and all the benefits were extended and subsequently he retired on attaining the age of superannuation, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim direction dated 23.12.2003.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
