When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order, dated 05.11.2002, wherein his services were disengaged by the respondent-Corporation.

This Court, on 27.11.2002, while admitting the writ petition granted interim order and in view of interim order, the petitioner is being continued in service.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
