This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, challenging the order, dated 09.07.2019, passed in I.A.No.409 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.07 of 2019, by the V Additional District Judge at Bhongir, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioners under Order XLI Rule 5(1) read with section 151 of C.P.C. to suspend/ stay the operation of the order, dated 20.03.2019, passed in I.A.No.78 of 2016 in O.S.No.53 of 2016 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, was dismissed. 2 .
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.

It is pertinent to state that several documents are required to be looked into and examined and a decision is required to be taken in the C.M.A.No.7 of 2019 by the Court below after hearing both sides. At this juncture, it is not appropriate to pass any order in this Civil Revision Petition during the pendency of main C.M.A.No.7 of 2019 before the Court below. Under these circumstances, the learned V Additional District Judge at Bhongir, is directed to dispose of C.M.A.No.7 of 2019 pending on his file, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
