CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.21195 of 2017 Dt: 08.08.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 04.8.2016, in OA.Nos.3031 of 2016 and 5190 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby respondent Nos.4 and 5 were directed to review the suspension of the petitioner in the light of compounding of Crime No.117 of 2015 before the Lok Adalat at Tandur.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I (Telangana) has placed before the Court proceedings No.A/355/2015, dated 13-07-2017 of respondent No.5, whereunder he has reinstated the petitioner into service as Village Revenue Assistant of Khanapur village, Peddemul Mandal, Vikarabad District with immediate effect. Mr. N.Ramesh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that with the issuance of the afore-mentioned proceedings, the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal stood complied with and that, therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.21195 of 2017 Dt: 08.08.2017 In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.26062 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
