ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 11.12.2013, in W.P.No.25971 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before the Court a copy of the interim order, dated 28.01.2016, in WA.MP.No.141 of 2016 in W.A.No.50 of 2016, whereby a Division Bench of this Court has suspended the abovementioned order. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt subject to the result of the writ appeal.
