HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.24936 of 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking two reliefs viz. one to direct the official respondents to register complaint dated 15.03.2017 against unofficial respondents; and second to give police protection and ensure implementation of the judgment in O.S.No.1 of 2005 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Narayanpet. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions from respondent No.4 (Station House Officer, Narayanapet Police Station, Mahabubnagar District) would submit that, based on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime No.140 of 2017 was registered on 31.07.2017, and investigation is in progress. In view of the complaint of the petitioners having been registered the former relief which the petitioners seek has been granted.

In so far as police protection is concerned, petitioners had since obtained an order of injunction against unofficial respondents, they shall approach the appropriate Court seeking appropriate relief invoking the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
